The Cauldron Emporium (est. 2024) aims to provide a safe, enjoyable, and magical experience for all visitors. By purchasing our products, booking experiences, or entering our premises, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings and purchases must be paid in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on products, vouchers, or experiences under any circumstances. Please ensure you are certain before making a purchase.

4. Vouchers & Experiences
Vouchers must be redeemed within the stated validity period. Advance booking is required for all experiences. Failure to attend a booked session will result in the loss of your booking without refund.

5. Health & Safety
Guests must inform us of any allergies or medical conditions prior to consuming food, drinks, or using any products. The Cauldron Emporium is not liable for any allergic reactions or issues arising from undisclosed conditions.

6. Use of Products
All products are used at the customer’s own risk. We accept no liability for misuse or adverse reactions. Please follow all provided instructions and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

7. Behaviour & Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone displaying inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour. Guests must respect staff, other visitors, and the premises at all times.

8. No Dogs Policy
Dogs and other pets are not permitted on the premises no exceptions, due to the space and other customers.

9. Liability
The Cauldron Emporium accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury sustained on the premises, except where required by law.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
