If your required date isn't available please call to check for any last minute spaces.
I'm afraid if you are more than 20 mins late and haven't notified us, your booking will have to be canceled due to the time slots you have.
No refunds will be given due to the food being freshly made for each experience.
Please allow yourself plenty of time to arrive as the roads can get busy.

Yes! We cater for all dietary needs – just let us know in advance so we can prep your spellbook accordingly.
Are children allowed?
Absolutely – all magical beings are welcome. The experience (and price) is the same, as little ones receive the full enchanted tea too.
How much notice do you need for a booking?
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice so our potion masters can prepare your experience.
Do you offer refunds?
No refunds, sorry – but we’re happy to rebook your experience for another time if needed.
